I ate here shortly after my original post and it seems I forgot to add my review. I too had a Homewrecker burrito (credit to www.flickr.com for the photo)

The Homewrecker comes w/ a choice of grilled meat (grilled chicken, shredded chicken, steak, pork?) plus beans, rice, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. Your standard burrito. Size is on par with other burrito chains like Chipotle and Qdoba. Flavour was good and ingredients were fresh (guac seemed ok, although I didn't get any on the side).

The combo was around $7-8 or so which included a fountain drink and fresh chips/salsa bar. Not a bad deal if you're looking for something that's a cut above your regular fast food fare.

I'd certainly be a regular if I lived in the area.

Went to Moe's tonight since I had a craving for something remotely Mexican. I ordered a Homewrecker burrito (loaded, with chicken) with corn chips and guacamole. SO ordered a quesadilla with chicken and beans on it with corn chips and queso sauce. We hit the salsa bar and got some salsa verde to go with it. Overall, the food was good - however, the guacamole was not so good, they definitely were not using fresh avocados. For a place that fries their own chips, cooks real chicken on the flat-top, etc. the lack of fresh avocado was a bit disappointing. For some, this might even be a dealbreaker.

The service was pretty excellent too, for fast food. The restaurant was clean. Oh, they're also licensed and have a TV for those that want to watch the hockey game, enjoy a brew and eat tacos.

If I lived in the area, I would probably frequent this place, however, I live in the west end so I'd probably go somewhere closer like Ahora.

Hmm has someone been reading my posts here? It's about time this city had a quick service Mexican chain that wasn't Taco Bell.

Looks like Moe's just opened a location on Mer Bleue in Orleans, and their website shows a pending location to be opened in Ottawa (no specific street mentioned)
