Here is the the White House State Dinner Menu For Chinese President Hu Jintao during his visit to USA in Jan 2011.

A total of 225 guests (including Jackie Chan, Yo-Yo Ma, etc.) experienced the State Dinner Menu in three rooms. White House executive chef Cristeta Comerford was in charge of the dinner menu.

Joking aside, there is no Ottawa Foodies boycott of shark fin soup. Any boycotts are personal and individual.
