Currently in Andrew Haydon Park for Canada Day, this kiosk is a breath of fresh air amongst the usual substandard roving chip wagons!
The waffles are satisfying and delicious even though they store them in a warming chamber after making them. Service was very friendly and the inside of the truck is beautifully clean. Strangely, it was one of the few vendors with no lineup but that might have been because of the time of day (12:15pm).
$4.50 gets you a simple waffle dusted with icing sugar. $5 gets you one topping (my daughter chose maple syrup -- see photo) plus whipped cream and a cherry. $6 gets you the fully loaded version (maple syrup, strawberry compôte, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate syrup).
