Can't find fresh (not canned or pickled) horseradish anywhere in Ottawa... Where do you think I can get it?

I'm pretty sure I've seen it at Farm Boy from time to time.

I have seen it very recently myself, last week I believe, and contemplated getting it. (I have some homemade bottled horseradish from St. Jacob's that I am using at the moment and it's not as hot as it claims!)

If you can't find horseradish at Produce Depot on Carling, then try Loblaws College Square - those are the only grocery stores I have been to lately.

The Herb and Spice (Wellington has a better selection IMO) often has hard to find seasonal produce items, so you could try them.

Loblaws on Rideau usually has it.

I second the Produce Depot recommendation. I see it there almost every time I go.
