Has anyone tried No. 1 Chinese Food on Somerset? [Food/Vendor]

I have ordered from them often for the past 4-5 years. The open ended egg rolls are good. It is honestly though, just your run of the mill Canadian Chinese food. Dishes are extremely greasy. I do like the tofu and eggplant in black bean sauce, but again greasy. The fried rice should be skipped.
Steer clear of the combination plates and the Thai dishes.
I'd say good value for your money, one step up food quality wise than manchu wok (sp?)

I used JustEat quite often when I'm tired and lazy after work, but to say I order from Yang Sheng because they're the "Top Takeout" restaurant in Ottawa would be inaccurate. I order from them because I know they're not far from where I live, seem to always deliver within their time estimate and their food is DECENT. And that really goes for practically all the vendors I've tried on JustEat; maybe "Lazy & Decent" should be their slogan.

EM You confirmed my biggest concern about the food and that is the amount of grease in the food... But thank you for the menu suggestions. I may try them one day so I will keep them in mind.
Qster I love Yang Sheng too-;) I just recently ordered the wonton soup, garlic ribs, and chicken fried rice - my three favourite dishes. I could go on and on about how much I love that place... The staff are nice, the price is right, and the food is good - you can't beat that!
