Amazonas in Gatineau/Aylmer?

I don't know where you can find them right now but I do know that Bryson Farms will be carrying them at the Ottawa Farmer's Market when potatoes are in season. Or at least they always did so I assume they will again this year.

I think I can get the from an eBay seller I know in Bolivia. I've gotten caigua and oca from him before. The oca was really interesting.

Potatoes are almost nutritionally complete. You can live on potato for $15 a week.

Bryson Farms were selling purple Peruvian potatoes at the Ottawa Farmer's Market at Brewer Park last Sunday.

Peruvian potatoes are nothing special. If it is for a recipe, just use Yukon gold. If you are after the purple colour, just use purple potato. Loblaws sells bags of coloured potatoes. I think Herb & Spice on Wellington also carries some as well.
