Weekender in Montreal. Meal at Hambar. Amazing Charcuterie plate!

Drinks and snacks at Suwu...really nice cocktails and food. Mac & Cheese grilled cheese was a hit along with the Deer Tartare.

Pizza at "Pajano's Pizza and Subs" in Clear Water (near Tampa Bay). This is a little family run spot (since 1971) that serves pizza and subs. This was by far the best pizza we have ever had. Everything about this pizza was spot on. Their subs looked pretty amazing as well, made from their pizza dough which was just perfect. This was a great find on our road trip...I crave this pizza!

Burgers at "Fuddruckers" in Orlando, Florida.

This is a chain restaurant but wow are they ever doing burgers right!

The best part about this place is that they have a toppings bar, you build your own burger. Restaurant made pickles, different types of lettuce...anything you could want to put on a burger. The burger buns are restaurant made as well. The onion rings are fantastic, the fries are wedge fries which are pretty good.

Aldente i stay at a place across the street from Pajano's in Clearwater every year. not a huge fan of their pizza but their steak sub is awesome! try's Cristino's coal oven pizza (right in Clearwater).

Another Friday, another Haddock special at Wendy's diner in Massena NY. Huge piece of fried fish with homemade mac n cheese. Fridays only, until they run out.

Check out the unfortunately named breakfast sandwich at the Village Diner, Potsdam NY. But the food is good!

No food pics, but here is the inconspicuous entrance from the parking lot of Nancy's diner in Malone NY. Great daily specials and desserts.

I recently traveled to London, and I had roasted pork belly with potato and chive mash with a fig au jus at Cote Brasserie. I didn't know at the time, but it turns out Cote is a chain, but I was still impressed! It was everything I had hoped it would be, and really would have been content to eat there every day had I not wanted to try so many new places.

My fish and chips from the Hand & Flower pub in London. It was the first thing we had after arriving! It was very good, and I enjoyed the mushy peas. I wasn't a fan of the chips, though. That plagued me through most of the trip.

We stopped in at the American Diner in Liverpool New York, just north of Syracuse. The last time we went, I ordered a full order of the Fretta. This time, I ordered the half version and it was still impossible to finish.

Orange lamb - lamb sirloin sautéed with a spicy orange glaze served with coconut jasmine rice & Thai cucumber salad.

Was in Cali visiting family and my good LA friends at Chowhoud.com helped me plan some great spot to eat in LA.

Infamous Kogi Korean/Mexican truck. Ordered the Kimchi Quesadillas and spicy pork and short rib tacos. everything was delicious and the Quesadilla were really something interesting and flavorful.

Rustic Canyon in Santa Monica, probably one of the top restaurant in that area right now.

Mostly farm to table dishes but everything was fresh and tasty including the clam pozole verde. The best ive ever had.

Pics of Grand Central Market downtown LA...bought some chilies. Mole variety was pretty cool.

Thin crust pizza, about 24" wide, with salume, mozz. & roket, enjoyed in the beautiful hilltop town of Radda in Chianti. Fed 4 of us without trouble. Really,really good!

Deep dish pizza from Costco in El Centro. It was loaded with cheese,sausage,pepperoni and olives. A pretty impressive pie. An hour in the oven and $9.99.

Smoked meat lunch at the Pickle Barrel at Yonge and Eglington
