Car Engine Cooking [Cooking]

There's literally a manifold cooking accessory made for Ford Model T cars. I've been on several "hot dog picnic" drives with my parents. I've seen recipes, although not made any, for stuff like stews and pot roast in the manifold cooker, too.

I did this once ... to surprise and impress my girlfriend,
Steam some salmon on my car engine on the way to a picnic. I think i put it on the exhaust manifold .. the hottest spot.
(Many recipes exist for steaming salmon).
I opened the salmon in front of her and placed the salmon on top of already prepared salad. I added some nice bread and wine.
The 'dessert' followed ... if you know what I mean !
