Hi and thanks for the BBQ tips for Windsor/Detroit. I'm heading there after Christmas and will try one of them out. How often are you there? I have a few favorite places too. Do you know Paula's Fish Place, near point pelee? Only open May to October-amazing perch and pickerel. And I also love the Honeybee market, right near the bridge in Detroit.
