Most large grocery stores carry nori sheets now. Sometimes in a display near the prepared sushi, sometimes in the "asian food" section. Loblaws, Metro...

You can find nori at Kowloon on Somerset just west of Bronson. Or probably pretty well anywhere in Chinatown for that matter.
