Delivered October 11th, 12th, 13th.

Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Baked White Bean Casserole
A substantial main dish to make the vegetarian in the crowd thankful, and a great side dish for everyone else to enjoy. White cannellini beans are simmered with leeks, carrot, celery, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions and topped with a crisp garlicky herb crust.

lol, I'd like to try deepfried sometime, if you feel like delivering samples.

I love thanks giving. It gives my mom and I a chance to combine traditional and "new ideas" togethor. I *love* my moms turkey, but I love playing with food so I've been having fun with the sides. We have a good time in the kitchen togethor.

I'd never think of having it catered.
