Went out with a couple friends there last week, and this week again. Together we had the cheese bacon garlic bread, the nachos, and the mozzarella sticks, along with beer and pool of course.
Less said about the pool the better (who pockets the 8-ball on the break? REALLY?), so onto the food.
The cheese bacon garlic bread was okay. It kinda pedestrian and salty, but it was a decent snack after a long day.
The Nachoes were delicious. Perfect mixture of melted cheesy goodness, and meat, and chips. Soooo good.
The mozarella sticks were forgettable. And, frankly, too expensive.
All in all, I'd go back, but only for the nachos, and more hilarious pool failure.
Louise1984 Do you not like chicken? Or can't eat it due to food allergies? If you sent your panini back to the kitchen I'm sure the chef would have prepared another one for you. That would be a better way of resolving the issue instead of saying nothing then giving the restaurant a bad review on the internet. Just my two cents...
St Laurent location...closed with no explanation so we tried the Bank St location.
Chips and Salsa - Bland, bland, bland
Beef Fajitas - toooo much garlic
Chicken Fajitas - good
Combo Pizza - good
Garden Fresh panini - tasted great until I found a piece of chicken in it!!! yuck.
I had the little heifer plate here. 1 lb of beef ribs, lb of wings, fries, coleslaw, pickles. We got hot wings but they tasted medium. They were average. But the beef ribs (there were 3) were huge and tender and soft and sublime!!! Fall of the bone good. Not too much fat. We got them with hickory BBQ sauce which was very good and not overly sweet.
Service was good. Our hostess did her best with many tables.
