This diner type restaurant has been under this management and name for a good couple of years. It is at the corner of Ch de La Montagne and Ch Vanier in Chelsea, on the way to Aylmer.
They serve breakfast, pizzas, sandwiches, poutines and a few pasta dishes.
We went for brunch as a group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast. Nothing fancy but it is above average most diners. There is a good selection of eggs benedict, omelettes and pancakes. The eggs benedict is worth singling out as very well done. The hollandaise sauce is less eggy and more creamy. It sets it apart from many!
The restaurant is not big so it gets filled up fast but it’s fast once you seat down. They do have a patio in the summer.
The Québécoise eggs benedict has bacon and fried onions. Along with the creamy hollandaise sauce, it is to die for. The homemade fries are a great side. All the egg dishes also come with beans.

I will return to try the pizza and report back!
