This bánh mě was $4 — almost half the price of the one I had elsewhere in the ByWard Market.

This cheaper version used boring European style ham but there was lots of flavourful paté, generous marinated carrot, and a really nice toasted bun.

For a higher price ($7) they also offer bánh mě made with grilled meats.

Can't wait to go back and try the phở!
