The tofu was nicely fried with a thin layer of batter. I wasn’t sure why it was in a soup. The others Agedashi Tofu I have had in Vancouver were in a thin layer of soy sauce. Still very good.
This is a very good chicken skewer. This seems to be the only meat on skewer they have. It would be great if they offered a larger selection, including organs. It would bring me back to Japan!
A Hiroshima style okonomiyai, aka Japanese pancake. This was made with a layer of shredded cabbage, noodles, fried egg, and think pork belly. It was drizzled with a sweet and salty sauce. This is an interesting and flavourful dish that I would order again.
