Had some beer and nachos at Minglewoods the other night.
The nachos were decent.. the cheese was ok, and the top layer of chips was covered with toppings in the center, though the ones around the outside of the plate and underneath were almost untouched.
Salsa and sour cream and guacamole came with them, but not nearly enough considering the number of chips with no toppings on them. We asked for more, but they said it would be another $2.75, so we passed.
The taste was fine, nothing special. I think the toppings should have been better spread out. My friend thought I was penalizing them for putting too many chips on the plate, and he might have a point.. but I figure if they're giving me the chips, they shouldn't be as bare as they were.
Still looking for a real good plate of nachos in town.. recommendations welcome
