Do you serve the traditional Lebanese garlic potatoes? I am from Montreal and I usually eat at Basha's. Let me know. I will drop by for a shwarma. See you! :)

Lol you do love your garlic.....Robert, yes I love my garlic but I do have to think of the majority and a good zing is what would meet most taste buds...thank you for your input and before you even told me today we worked on the chicken marination lol...your last comments got our heads together to rectify some of these issues....added more garlic and black pepper to create a better zing to the chicken and threw in a few more garlic cloves into our sauce...
Well I wont say who but a story going around that this all started when a client walked in to this vendors place with one of my shawarma's and asked to have a beer because he was so accustomed to having a beer with his shawarma lol....I realy thought I was drumming up business for him but hey..they say "If you can't join him just move to the back and they will still come", lol.
Robert, thanks again for your input and hopefully continued input...

I appreciate your efforts to bring healthy, fast, portable food to Ottawa. I will certainly give you another try in the near future, I realize that products can change. I stand by my comment that the quality of the food was top notch. Moist Chicken, brightly colored turnips, good price, great location.

I would just recommend, seasoning the chicken a little stronger, and kicking up your garlic and hummus a notch - with more garlic. Last time I had an amazing shawarma, the garlic sauce was practically burning. Maybe you were just light on the sauce? So essentially, if your sauce becomes a little stronger, or you add more to the shawarma, I'm sure it'll be good.

All the best and keep fighting that other vender. I reckon it is Don Cherry's?

Hello everyone, I am sorry but had a few problems during the opening of my wagon. Finally all has been resolved and I am finally located at the back of the parking lot between Dworkin Furs and The Quality Inn on Rideau street. I open usually 5 days a week from 11 am to 7 pm. I serve chicken shawarma, falafel, hommus, roasted potatoes, combos and other great Lebanese food right out of my wagon served hot or cold. Of course the garlic is mmmm good!! I also serve fries, poutine, dogs in a pita and drinks are only a buck! Our menu will increase but in time. I welcome all to taste my food and try my concept of "Eating on the run doesn't have to be bad for you!" I am a born and raised Canadian/Lebanese and love my Lebanese food. When you come I will explain why tahini is the wrong word to use lol!! Free drinks with every sandwich. I would like to extend my thanks to the inspectors in their help to ensure I open properly and serve good healthy food!
