Does anyone know a place to find authentic mediterranean groceries/food?

I'm looking for stuff like italian eggplant caponata, greek taramasalata, turkish soujouk, etc..

Cedar's grocery has a thing called "Mama Ghanouj" that is very similar to eggplant caponata,but made without the capers.
But it is pretty much the same as the recipes I looked up online.
They will let you sample it before you buy. But all their other dips and middle eastern food is really good.

The Greek and Turkish stuff, no idea.

Check Di Rienzo's on Beech for the Italian stuff. They sell a lot of that kind of stuff in jars.

Farmer's Pick at Rideauview Mall has lots. Italian and other Mediterranean products.

The cedar's dips and salads are made in their store.
Also forgot they have a special with a large tray of 4 dips and pita chips for $14 or $15 I think.
I do not get the large tray as it is kind of a lot for me,but it is a better deal.
