I both love and hate stuff like this. Love the technology in some instances, hate the institutional stamping out of foods.

Plus ... MAGNETS! Anyone who knows me knows my saying: MAGNETS ARE THE FUTURE!

I guess it's like the baggage carousel at the airport. You want to be near the chute.

I...I don't know why that sounds inappropriate, but it made me do a spit take with my coffee so A+ Francis.

I have been to a few of these restaurants and I can say that the quality and entertainment factor was always very good. In fact, each of the 20 or so 100 yen sushi joints I have been to, referred to as sushi-go-round by Japanese friends, have had FAR superior quality sushi than anywhere I have had in North America. Japan ruined sushi for me and I loved it!

Before someone beats me to it . . .

How about ordering food on iPads, and having a drone deliver it to your table from the kitchen?

That would be novel . . .

p.s. What if a kid's hair gets caught in the conveyor ? Do they get made into sushi ?
