Can China produce fine wines? [General]

I was reading a magazine article about a red wine made in China. Interesting. The brand is called Chairman's Reserve by Grace Vineyard. The article reported that many red wine collectors in Hong Kong have included this red wine in their collection. Can you believe that?

So, I did a Google search and found their website:

40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot

Financial Time's wine correspondent, Jancis Robinson wrote:
"...I chose the Hong Kong-owned Grace, Chairman's Reserve 2004, a blend of Cabernets with Merlot from Shanxi province that is so far the most convincing representative of the rapidly growing Chinese wine industry."

Check this one out:

Maybe Steve Beckta can consider including this wine in his basement.

Better hope they don't put the same stuff in it that they put into the cat food.
