baby bok choy [Cooking]

I just had to post this again as it was in a sheet pan discussion.
We had roasted baby bok choy again and it was delicious.
(sometimes cooking seems to be a first time luck thing and the second time doesn't turn out as well)

oven at 400'F
parchment paper on pan
rinse bok choy and shake dry
place on pan and lightly spritz with oil (less than 1/2 tsp)
can turn bok choy over 1/2 way through cooking
check after 10 minutes, may take 15 or so.
leaves are crispy and stems are sweet.

solstice Thanks for sharing. I love roasted vegetables and I will often prepare them as a main course dish during the winter months served with a grain on the side. I never thought of roasting bok choy since I thought it would be too delicate a vegetable for roasting. Your recipe and photo inspired me enough I will have to pick some up on my next trip to Chinatown-;)

Best baby bok choy in Chinatown IMO comes from Wa Kiu.
