Wow...I like the "lilies" best.

So what did you think when you saw the page in the vegetable carving manual where they show you all the major tendons/veins etc in your hand in case you make an "oops"? I'm glad this sort of thing isn't too common in pastry....3 previous generations of my family are missing digits or limbs from work accidents, and I'm pretty determined to keep all my body parts. Burns I can deal with...but I'm pretty respectful of sharp tools :)

BTW...how long did it take you?
