The crispy quail are incredibly delicious. These come with a salty, flavourful, lime sauce with hint of pepper. Addictive and delicious contrast of flavours.
i can't recommend the quails here - have tried them numerous times and they are often overcooked and tough. suspect they are cooked from frozen which isn't unfathomable given this likely isn't a high volume item.
