Bedekar's Mango pickle, available at Vaishali's and some other Indian grocery stores. This salty/sour pickle is made with chunks of green mango in a mustard oil base. It goes well with a plate of rice and dal (spicy lentil stew). The label is yellow with a picture of some green mangoes on it. A photo can be found here: www.eastwestbazaar.com

The sodium content is outrageous (900 mg for 1 tb!) but it tastes so good one has to overlook that.

It costs 2.99 for a 500 gram jar. (Note: this mango pickle is not to be confused with Bedekar's Vadu mango pickle (made with tiny green mangoes) which isn't as tasty.
