Yes, good point on the "good fats". Mono and poly unsaturates. The info there says 11g of fat per 100g serving. For me 10g is a nice round "magic" number for "go easy". The further over that it goes, the more moderation I exercise. Not having any Muesli on hand at present, I just measured out 100g of rolled oats to see how much it was, and it's a bit over a cup so not a bad serving size. Whether or not that would coorespond in any way to 100g of this stuff is of course unknown.
All that to say I wouldn't hesitate eating a 100g bowl of this every day for breakfast :-) But I wouldn't eat 2 or 3.
BTW, also take a look at Good For You which is readily available at Loblaws/Superstore, for a good healthy breakfast Muesli. There are 3 varieties including ones with fruit and nuts. See Müesli
Nuts and seeds are high in fat but they are high in *good* fat. So eat them in moderation but choose them in place of less healthy fatty foods (chips, fried stuff, etc) and you'll come out ahead. Dry roasted nuts will add similar richness and crunch to a salad as butter-fried croutons would, but with superior health effects. :)

Not too bad, although the raisins make the sugar content relatively high (24%). The fat levels are just fine relative to other mueslis. I'd try this!
How much fat is in it? Note that if you buy all-natural peanut butter and put it on good whole wheat bread it's quite healty. But like any nut (OK, I know it's technically not a nut), eat in moderation due to fat content. The same would likely apply to these cereals where they are apparently loaded with nuts and seeds (usually very high in fat). But nuts and seeds are also high in all sorts of other nutrients so it's a bit of a tradeoff.
Always looking for a more healthy alternative in the morning to eggs or peanut butter toast. I found this at A&P. It is pretty pricey at 5.99, but with all the nuts/seeds in side I can see why. It is slighly not sweet enough but what can you expect from what we are used to. If I had known it had small fruit pieces inside I probably wouldn't have bought it, but they are not overpowering and very subtle and a great addition. It all works well together. There is 15g of sugar, but I think it's probably from the fruit as there is no real added sugar, except for the sweetened fruit pieces. I recommend.
Mishka, I've noticed it popping up in regular grocery stores too, the main ones like Loeb, not sure what the Quebec equivalent to that is...but sometimes you have to look in the "Healthy" aisle, they put it in with specialty stuff like Organics. I did buy another kind next, it was Dorset 'really nutty muesli' and didn't like it as much as the fruit nuts,etc... It had huge hazelnuts which were not a good size for being in cereal, should have been broken up a bit more, and just didn't have an overall good flavour like the first one.
