There's something amusing about "Comment on Baked Potato." Sure, why not?

350F for 1 1/4 hr, and grease the skin a little bit.

Top with:

-- Heinz baked beans
-- sautéed mushrooms
-- cheese sauce

Those three work well on toast, too.

Really love how they are fully loaded with the toppings, but there is way too much salt on the skins making them slightly inedible.
