Foods from Meadowlands Pub

Met up with some friends here on a weeknight to talk hockey. Place is in a stripmall on Meadowlands at Fisher. Very very basic atmosphere (reminds me of a college hang-out). Mix of clientele, young and old, although there were a lot of 20-somethings the night we were there. Our greeting was friendly, and the waitress even noticed that the menu was dirty, and brought us a clean one. Monday night is wing night, wings are 35 cents each. “The Man” ordered 2 lbs of wings, Hot (Frank’s Red Hot Sauce) dry-baked. I ordered the Chicken Quesidilla. The wings were plentiful, but “The Man” said they could have been drier in the baking, he still had to wipe off excess sauce. I tried one, they tasted ok to me. My Chicken Quesidilla was pretty basic (and disappointing). The menu said it came with sides of sour cream, salsa and guacamole, I only got a side of sour cream. We both ordered cokes with our meals, the waitress did come back and offer refills. All in all nothing special about this spot, I don’t have plans to return.
