I haven’t been to KFC in ages. Their Toonie Tuesday is now $3.49. And I’m happy to report that they don’t use growth hormones as those are the two smallest piece of chicken ever. I had a drumstick and thigh. The whole meal fit into the snack size box. The other thing I noticed is that the skin was very light and crispy (which was good). Oh well. At least, I have space for dessert...elsewhere.

THOSE MADMEN. THEY WENT AND DID IT BUT NEVER STOPPED TO THINK SHOULD THEY DO IT?

(Also, I say this with some shame, but this will be the first thing I have ordered from KFC in years)

The good news is that KFC recently announced they are ditching their hydrogenated vegetable shortening in favour of trans-fat-free canola oil. Look for the new "healthier" fried food at Ontario KFC restaurants by early 2007: www.cnw.ca

Remember... if you have room for dessert you didn't eat enough chicken!

I just noticed that they seem to have one too! kfc.ca

It *looks* fried, and I can't really see KFC baking something that could be fried... ;-)

Finally found them, at the Kentucky Fried on Baseline near Algonquin College.

It also had a "Greek" (uh huh) pasta salad, and a 'marinated vegetable salad' I'd never seen before...
