Zydeco has moved here from Preston Street. At the moment they are serving mainly sandwiches and some sides. There are a few tables and chairs on their patio. All meats are smoked.

We went here today for lunch. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich while I had the Cuban with a side of potato salad. All of the meats are smoked and the menu will soon include burgers and smoked meat loaf sandwiches. They are also planning on serving brisket and some other goodies for sides, such as mac 'n cheese. We were very pleased with our lunch and recommend the place. The patio has some table and chairs and it is well treed so nice and shady. There will soon also be a gelato stand on the property so you can either have some gelato on it's own or pair it with the Smokeshack's dessert.
