Just had another dressing on a green salad made with their oil and vinegar. This time I used a basil flavoured olive oil mixed with a cucumber melon flavoured balsamic vinegar. Their stuff is so good I could drink it.
We stopped in here last Friday and after much sampling left with the 8 small bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar you see below. The owner, Mike George was there and suggested various match-ups and what foods they would go with. We had fish for dinner that night and it was drizzled with equal parts pineapple balsamic/citrus habanero olive oil dressing while our salad got dressed with green apple balsamic and smoked hickory olive oil. For the salad I used 2 parts balsamic to 1 part olive oil. The products are top-notch and I encourage you to stop in.
