Dhom Rosete, the Executive Chef and Owner, was born in the Philippines where he lived for most of his childhood. He moved to London, England as a young adult to pursue cooking. Before emigrating to Canada, Dhom owned a restaurant in a golf club in Wales and a cafe previous to that. Dhom and his family arrived in Canada 7 years ago with the hopes of owning a restaurant, and he is living out his dream.
