I go to Café Forêt for lunch a few times a week. The food is always fresh and interesting. The pasta is made-to-order, so every serving is fresh.
There shrimp pasta with cream sauce is delicious, super nice, succulent shrimp. The grilled veggie panini is also really awesome.
I has a trio of salads on day this week — pasta salad with pesto (really nice), bean salad (with nice lupini beans), and grilled veggie salad. Everything was flavourful and fresh.
Anyway, it's a good spot for lunch, and they have nice coffee as well (probably the best at 240 Sparks).
