Have tried this place a couple of times, first time ordered over the phone, went out and waited 10 - 15 mins for order to be ready, when I got back home (5mins away) it was cold, had to be reheated. I called to complain and ask how it could be? she said sorry will be better next time. Tonight I walked in and ordered 6 egg rolls, and a chicken fried rice, and a garlic sauce. When I got home, only noticed the leak when I walked across the kitchen floor and seen the drips, then went to the car and wet spot on the passengers seat. Seems the garlic sauce lid had a rip in it, they used scotch tape on it, then placed the plum sauce on top. I called to explain the problem, Amy (said to be manager) response was too bad. Says I left her store with food, and wasn't her problem??? I said it was packaged wrong, she says no, and I must have dropped it! I said if I had dropped it, bag would be busted and on sidewalk, this went from store to car to kitchen. TOO BAD was her reply, once it leaves her place she is no longer responsible. Now wait till Monday to find a place to steam clean my seat, and in this weather! This is the worst service I have ever experience. I will be sure to never step foot in this place again, nor will I ever recommend this to anyone I know looking for Chinese food... Sad when they are close to home, but will go out of my way to find better customer service & FOOD!!!

My colleague had the Combo No. 8 for $12.45. The broccoli looked nice. He said the General Tao's Chicken was almost entirely batter and not very good.

Those who don't eat pork will agree that charging an extra $1 to substitute a veggie spring roll in place of the egg roll is not cool!

These guys win the prize for having the most expensive Canadian-Chinese combination meals around. My Combo No. 5 here cost $10.45 + tax + tip (eat-in). The quality is better than average but I'm not sure the difference is enough to justify the price.

The egg roll was a pretty tasty one, with plenty of pork and nice fresh cabbage. The chicken balls were standard but very fresh. The chow mein was above average (noodles mixed into the bean sprouts, the way I like it). The chicken fried rice was mediocre at best -- I've had tastier at buffets.

It was a nice fresh plate. There were a handful of regulars in for lunch when I was there, but most tables were empty.

Prices are about $1 higher in reality than on the website. Restaurants should only raise their prices if there is a lineup at the door!
