Hubby and I had passed this restaurant a few times and decided to try it. Their sign outside says "Thai grill and salads". The resto is in a house and is nicely decorated.

The menu is short, but has satays, curries, Pad Thai and one salad. I ordered a Pad Thai with shrimp, while hubby ordered the Loubčre curry.

The Pad Thai portion was just what I was looking for - enough for one meal but not too much. Although it lacked a little colour (I suspect that tamarind was missing) as well as bean sprouts, it was surprisingly tasty. They were generous with the shrimp (peeled even!), and on the side of the plate, they gave a small bowl of soy sauce to add to it, chili flakes, crushed peanuts and lime. A little odd (the chili flakes and soy sauce), but it gave the noodles heat and flavour.

Hubby's green curry was quite good. It had chicken breast, snow peas and zucchini. The ingredients were carefully chosen and very fresh. It also had a nice spiciness, not too much and not too little. It was served with jasmine rice.

No alcohol ordered tonight, but they do have beer and wine. Service was friendly and efficient.

All in all, it was better than we expected. We'll definitely go back again for a light meal.
