I made a Chicken Enchilada Pasta tonight from the pressurecookingtoday Web site. I would post a link if I could but for some reason I can't. Anyway, it was very tasty. If anyone wants the recipe either go to the site or send me a PM and I will send it to you.

@FoodTravel, I've seen some great looking recipes for Chinese poached chicken on the FB group recently.

Those don't mention the IP, but someone made it in the IP and it turned out great. He rubbed in the marinade and let it rest, then steamed it in the IP for 25 minutes.
