There's a new show on Netflix Canada called The Mind of a Chef (Two Seasons). It's narrated by Anthony Bourdin. David Chang and many other chefs.

I downloaded S01 and it is pretty interesting. Definitely a good viewing, David Chang does some pretty neat stuff.

I'm about 6 episodes in and I love it. Turning packaged ramen noodles into Gnocchi...seriously genius.
