I've been making vegan yoghurt and yoghurt cheese lately and very interested in fermented foods. I've come across "stinky tofu" in my surfing. I also remember a reference to it in the movie "Eat Drink Man Woman". I want to try it, perhaps make it. But first try it. Is it available in Ottawa?
