Searching the archives suggests tylose powder can be bought from artistic cake design. Anyone know if this is still the case, or know of any alternate local sources?

It's super-expensive if you get it from Artistic Cake Design. Friend of mine orders it in from Toronto or the States because it's so much cheaper.

If you're out near Carleton Place, she says Eat Cake First is a good source.
