So I'm 99% sure the answer will be no, but are there any tibetan restaurants that serve yak butter tea? I suppose we don't have many yaks around here.... :)

Chimi's got it right. I grew up in that area and almost ran one over once.
Ran into? I doubt I could have run it OVER.

Maybe contact one of the farms and see if you can get some yak products to make your own?
