I've been out to Almonte a couple of times expressly to visit The Herb Garden:

Are you looking for herbs now? Most of the smaller greenhouses are closed. Your best best is to call around to some of the bigger nursery's and see who's open and has them.
You can usually buy potted herbs at Farmboy. But the pots are over-seeded and over-fertilized to get maximum germination in a minimum of time. The result is not a very healthy plant and they quickly die.
