BBQ pork belly [General]

After consulting a few chef friends I am more confused than ever as to how to cook pork belly on the BGE. Any and all recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What sort of results are you looking for?

The way I'd cook it is to cure it and smoke it and turn it into bacon :-)

Bacon I have. Last time I made it the skin ended up tough and it was over smoked . Good rub, low and slow but missing on the meltiness. I would like to render it down to smoky, spicy goodness.
