Robot restaurants come to China [General]

"You don't have to tip robots."
The tip and taxes seriously piss me off. What seemed like a good deal at $12 for a plate ends up much more once taxes and tip is added. Have a beer with the meal which isn't that much more work than a glass of water to serve and you end up with another $1 or so of tip just for the beer.
I wish it would be like France or Japan (I'm sure there are others) where you don't tip because it's included in the price. The restaurants where you use a vending machine to select what you want, pay, then simply give the tickets inside are quite neat as well. It makes for a cheap meal.
