I have 10lbs of pork belly curing which I plan to smoke next weekend. Assuming all goes well during curing, I'd prefer to slice with a good meat slicer for consistency.
I'll trade some home made bacon in return. I'm in Orleans and don't want to drive too far to pick up. If the curing goes to schedule I'd like to use it Monday or Tuesday (July 9th or 10th)
I just actually bought one myself at XS Cargo on Merivale for $49.99... Cuisinart, not just a cheap no-name brand... You should go check it out, I was just in there 3 days ago... I'll be slicing my own bacon from this morning later today!
