ottawa foodies

I'm getting married in August and I'm looking to get my hands on about 4 meters of butchers paper. I'm having charcuterie and wanted some butchers paper for under the meats and cheeses. I certainly don't need a whole roll. Any butchers out there willing to donate or sell a small amount. I can pick up west end, nepean or downtown.

Why not try the suppliers of your meat and/or cheeses ?

I've had some given to me by the butcher's counter at Sobeys before. Any reputable butcher would just give you some if you're buying something.
