I was very happy to get this grill with the heavy lid to make sandwiches, or grill meats.
I guess my husband does listen

I like that lid(let)! I've been meaning to post here for some time whether something like that were available on its own. Great for keep meats flat while cooking them - preventing them from curling.

So this is what I made for him.
cornmeal oysters, chipotle mayo,
tomato and lettuce.
Po boy hot off the press.

they did come separately. He got them from Hendrix.
