Best Food Truck in Ottawa? [Food/Vendor]

Okay, I went there yesterday for lunch and it was really, really good. Stir fries are served in tall styrofoam cups. Sandwiches (I refuse to use the word 'sammies') are doled out on their own, wrapped in coated paper. I didn't see anyone order fries or the poutine while was there.
Their sign says that they may or not be open depending on the weather (good OR bad) and that they're open from 11-3, not on Sundays. Their menu selection is fantastic! I took a picture, but there's no way the detail will show up here. I'll try repost it later. I imagine that it changes once in a while.
I had the Cowboy Wannabe steak sandwich with goat's cheese and roasted red peppers. It came on a sourdough bun and was excellent. $8. Nothing else comes with it, so don't expect a side salad or fries with your meal. This is a gourmet food truck, but still a truck. I had a Limonata as well.
There were a half-dozen lounge chairs sitting outside and a short bench. These came in handy because it does take about 10 minutes for your order.
Overall, I was completely satisfied with my lunch. Well, it'd be nice if they were licensed, but you can't have everything.

If you guys end up in Montreal and looking for good Mexicain tacos, make sure to check out this place.

Note that selling food from a truck on the island in Montreal is Illegal so you need to catch the guys at special festival in Montreal.
BTW, tacos are awesome!
cheers.

I discovered Bite This food truck on Scott street and i was blown away on how the food was good!...i had special of the day which was Moroccan gold (Couscous with marineted chicken with fresh Mango!) it was delicious.
I love the show on Food network called Eat.St so i decided to hunt down food trucks around town that serves different kinds of food beside Poutine, Burgers and hotdogs...
Anybody knows a similar place like Bite this that serves different dishes beside deepfried food.
