Easter brunch [Food/Vendor]

We went to the Wakefield Mill last year for Mother's Day brunch with the family and really liked it! (Have been back since to spend the night with partner as well as at the Spa with girlfriends). (www.wakefieldmill.com)
It's a buffet but they have +++ service, possibly better than some places that aren't buffets! Food was fresh and there was a good assortment including a chef who makes individual omelets on the spot. We went relatively early which gave us time to walk around, if we wanted to - in the end it was cold. But at least the dinning room didn't seem to loud or busy even though I imagine that all tables were booked up in advance with reservations.

Take a look at the Easter brunch at Courtyard:

We've been a couple of times for non-holiday brunches and have always enjoyed it!

I really enjoyed brunch at Arome restaurant at the Casino. They have a special Easter brunch if you scroll down to the special events section.

I actually love the brunch at Wilfrid's (Chateau Laurier), but specifically the Sunday brunch after 12noon when they bring out the roast beef and pork loin roasts. I'm a sucker for full meals masquerading as brunch!
Le Chateau Montebello also does an equivalent if you want a scenic drive out.
