I would like to offer my friends a variation of APC duck in a can but I can’t find the original recipe as a starting point online. I when to chapters and noticed it was included in the APC cookbook, however no other recipes really caught my eyes and I am unwilling to drop 50$ on a book for a single recipe… Does anyone have a copy and wouldn’t mind transcribing it?
Edit: It just hit me that I may have more luck if I googled this recipe in french. After 5 minutes of searching I found it. I decided against deleting this post as it might be of use to others...
