I got to be all sciencey this morning and prove sublimation.

I threw a cup of boiling water up in the -30°C air and it turned into a cloud of vapour and blew away.

Okay, not too food related, but I'm sure some of you have a hard time boiling water and this might be the problem. ;)

I tried it too... it looked very cool. I did get some of the water falling to the ground 'un-sublimated'.. but figured I'd just wait till it's -35 to try again...
