I just took this picture today, so apparently Parsley doesn't mind growing under snow. This is the second year it comes back like this, at this rate we'll be eating fresh parsley in April.

Nice! Did you plant it from seed? And where do you get the seed?

It was from seed, from Ritchie's.

My herb garden is right up against my house (southern exposure) for the last 3 years I've had bumper crops of whatever I have planted there...... except for that pesky eggplant that never came to fruit.
